Questions
How is this different from a regular host?
A regular host rents you server space and a support queue. We run your site for you: updates, backups, security, speed and fixes, handled by people who build and market websites for a living.
What kinds of sites do you host?
WordPress sites, including WooCommerce stores, plus other PHP CMSs and static sites. Tell us what you have and we'll confirm it's a fit before you commit.
Do you move my site for me?
Yes. We copy your site, test it on our side, and switch DNS once it checks out. Your current site stays live the whole time, so there's no downtime.
What does "managed" actually cover?
Updates, daily backups, uptime and security monitoring, SSL, CDN, and fixing things when they break. If an update breaks your site, we roll it back and fix it. That's included.
How is pricing set?
Mostly by how many sites you have, then by traffic and storage. Most sites fit a standard plan. Larger or high-traffic setups get a custom quote based on what you tell us in the quote form.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Annual plans get free migration. If you leave, we hand you a full backup of your site.
